Getting out of the bedroom

The opening has a clear order. First, move to the television, tap it, then tap the remote and advance through the news report. The broadcast says that someone who recognizes an anomalous visitor should keep the candy and shut the door. Trying to leave before watching it produces a reminder to check the news.

The next obstacle is a costume. A small room below the bedroom contains a chest; move close and tap it. The protagonist changes from purple to teal, and a message says someone is at the front door. After that, the route through the bedroom’s right side opens.

These steps make the house feel like a place to investigate rather than a menu to dismiss. Paintings offer close-up portraits, and the route through the hallway has a southern detour into a pumpkin garden. Following its stone path leads to a campfire and a resting figure. The northern route is the one that advances to the visitor gallery.

The visitor gallery

Beyond the hallway, horizontal drags move through a series of Halloween character cards. Their silhouettes, colors, and costumes change from card to card, while the setting keeps its porch-like framing. Browsing several in succession gives the gallery its rhythm: each movement reveals another possible visitor.

The news sets up a question about who should receive candy, but the reachable gallery does not itself present a candy choice or an anomaly verdict. In the deployed version I played, tapping a card changed the gallery’s position without opening a separate encounter. The experience here is the atmospheric house and its visitor previews; it does not resolve the broadcast’s warning on its own.

Its strongest moment is the transition from the quiet bedroom to the news warning, then out toward the waiting visitors.
